MIAMI — Major milestone alert in Billionaire Bunker.

Ivanka Trump, 44, announced that her maternal grandmother has turned the century mark.

Born Marie Zelnickova, the Prague native lives with Ivanka, along with her husband, Jared Kushner, and their three kids in the mega-affluent community of Indian Creek Village near Miami Beach.

On Instagram, the first daughter shared an homage to “Babi,” the mother of the late Ivana Trump, President Donald Trump’s first wife, who died in 2022 at age 73 after falling down the stairs of her NYC home.

“100 years of life, love, family and memories,” began the post about Babi, seen sitting at a table flanked by her a bunch of Trumps, including her three grandkids and 10 great grandkids.

There’s Ivanka and Jared and their brood, along with Eric and Lara Trump and their two littles; as well as Donald Trump Jr. with new wife, Bettina Anderson, with his five kids (ex Vanessa Haydon was not pictured).

“Babi, your century of love has shaped generations and lives in every one of us,” continued Ivanka’s tribute. “Celebrating you was an honor, a joy and a reminder of the extraordinary legacy you have created. ...We love you beyond words.”

Three years ago, Ivanka had a similar 97th birthday message for Babi, telling the Internet the widow was still “sharp,” and played a mean game of Jenga.

“It’s the simple moments together that define the richness of life. I cherish every second,” Ivanka wrote at the time of her only living grandparent. Ivana’s father, Milos Zelnickova, an electrical engineer, died in 1990.

What about the former clothing designer’s paternal grandparents?

President Donald Trump’s mother Mary (née MacLeod) died in 2000 at age 88, roughly a year after the death of his father, developer Fred Trump, who was 93.
