Holly Madison details facelift

Holly Madison has had a facelift.

The 46-year-old former Playboy model and Girls Next Door star revealed she decided to have the cosmetic surgery after welcoming children Rainbow, 13, and Forest, nine, with ex-husband Pasquale Rotella.

Speaking on the Derm Approved podcast, Holly shared: "I've had a lower facelift on my jawline. I'm really happy I got it done."

She added that she also had a "little lipo" underneath her chin.

Explaining why she chose to have surgery, Holly said: "I just felt like after having kids, you know, I gained a lot of weight with my second pregnancy. And there was just nothing I could do.

"There were no lasers or anything that could really do what I wanted it to do so I found somebody whose before-and-afters I really loved."

Holly insisted that her procedure was minimally invasive and she didn't want to go too far with her surgery.

She said: "I'd rather have it not go far enough and then I can go back and maybe do more rather than have it go too far and I'm looking like the Joker."

And she doesn't care about the scars from the procedure.

She said: "If you look close, you can totally see it, but I don't care. I'm kind of open about it. I already talked about it on my podcast."

Holly revealed she also gets Botox, IPL laser and CO2 laser for underneath her eyes but she would have second thoughts about a breast augmentation, as it can be a "tricky thing".

She said: "Some people, it just doesn't work for, for whatever reason. Their body will reject the implant or they'll get the breast implant illness, or the surgery will be kind of botched.

"So they want to try again. And it sadly can turn into this never ending thing."

Meanwhile, Holly recently revealed she is "not opposed" to repairing her rift with Kendra Wilkinson, who dated late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner at the same time as Bridget Marquardt and Holly.

The Girls Next Door co-stars have not spoken since 2012 and Holly blames their former producer, Kevin Burns, for their feud.

Speaking on E!'s Hot Goss, she said: "Kendra and I don't speak. But I'm not opposed to speaking.

"We had a falling out, but it was after the show. It was stuff that had to do with our spinoffs and working with the same producer, and I really feel like he tried to pit us against each other and got in our heads. So, that's a shame."

The 46-year-old model felt Kendra - who has Hank Jr., 16, and 11-year-old Alijah with ex-husband Hank Baskett - had got "caught up in the tabloid cycle" at the time, with their rift strengthened when she declared she and Holly were not friends.

Holly said: " "You know what I think it was? At the time, she was really caught up in the tabloid cycle. If her thing to get in the tabloids that week was a rift with someone, then she was going to say it, and if somebody wrote a clickbait headline, she was going to retweet it.

"I'm sitting here like, 'Wait, I just sent your son a Christmas gift. We're not friends? That's so weird.' So I think she was just really caught up.

"We were never as close, obviously, as me and Bridget--we don't have much in common.

"But we shared a lot of experiences and had a lot of good times together so I never thought of her as not a friend.

"This was like 2012 when we had that falling out, and I just think that was the cycle that was happening."
