Pause For A Moment. Rather Than Focusing Your Energy On What Didn't Happen With This Friend, Turn Your Attention To Yourself, Your Birthday And The Friends Who Will Be Joining You. Instead Of Fretting, Be In The Moment. Enjoy The Activities You Have Planned. Be Grateful For Being Able To Celebrate Your Birthday In Such A Beautiful Place. And Be Sure To Tend To Your Depression. See A Therapist Or Psychiatrist, And Learn Whether You Need Meds. Take Care Of Yourself, And Forgive Your Friend For Not Being Able To Be There For You At This Time.
