Rosalía postponed three concerts due a "family emergency".
The 33-year-old star is amid her Lux Tour and Miami's Kaseya Centre confirmed that the June 4 and 6 dates won't be going ahead as planned.
A statement from the venue read: "Due to a family emergency, Rosalía has to postpone her upcoming shows in Miami on June 4 and 6.
"She is sorry to disappoint her fans, but the circumstances have left her with no other choice."
Her concert at Orlando's Kia Centre on Monday (08.06.26) has also been postponed.
Live Nation said: "As the tour explores rescheduling, please hold onto your ticket. We will provide more information soon. Thank you for your patience."
In March, Rosalía cut a concert short for the first time, after she was struck down with "really severe food poisoning".
The Berghain singer was playing at the Unipol Forum in Milan when she stopped the show to tell fans she had been vomiting backstage.
She said: "I tried to do this show from the very beginning even though I've been sick.
"I've had, like, really severe food poisoning and I tried to push through until the end, but I'm feeling extremely unwell.
"I've been throwing up backstage, and I really want to give the best show, and I'm basically on the floor trying my best."
Rosalía tried to continue, but warned her audience she might have to abort the gig.
She added: "I can try to continue, but at some point I might have to stop.
"I'm extremely sick, and I'm really trying, I'll push as much as I can, but if we have to stop, we might have to if I physically can't continue. I'm in pain."
Shortly afterwards, Rosalia was forced to leave the stage.
She told her fans: "I've tried by all means to continue the show until the end, but I'm really unwell and I can't do it."
Rosalía is next due onstage at Boston's TD Garden on June 11.
