Christina Applegate is speaking out amid reports she’s been hospitalized since late March.

The 54-year-old Emmy winner, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2021, shared a snap Monday featuring her newly released memoir, “You With the Sad Eyes,” with a mug atop it, and lemon trees in the background.

“Thank you for the outpouring of love and well wishes. Health issues are a constant for me, but I’m a strong chick and I’m getting stronger and better every day,” said the “Dead to Me”

Applegate said she’s “taking a moment to focus on my health” but promised she’d have “more to say soon enough.”

MS is an autoimmune disease that damages a patient’s nerve fibers and affects the signals between their brain and body, which can result in a myriad of symptoms, among them difficulty with coordination or walking, vision loss, slurred speech and mood changes.

Applegate’s rep last week declined to confirm or deny sources’ assertion to TMZ that the actress had been hospitalized since late March.

“She’s had a long history of complicated medical conditions that she has been refreshingly open about, as evidenced in her memoir and on her podcast,” Applegate’s rep said in a statement to the Daily News.

Applegate and “Sopranos” star Jamie-Lynn Sigler — who announced in early 2016 that she’d been diagnosed with MS in 2001 — discuss their experiences on their podcast, “MeSSy,” including the former detailing in 2024 that she was also facing “real, f–k-it-all depression.”

She shared with NPR’s “Wild Card with Rachel Martin” last month that she feels death “looming,” and had purchased a burial plot.

Her latest reported hospitalization comes roughly a year after Applegate shared on “MeSSy” that she’d “been in the hospital upwards of 30 times” following her diagnosis. She was again hospitalized in August 2025 with a double kidney infection.
