Robert Irwin has admitted "anything could happen" amid rumours he could join The Bachelor.
The 22-year-old conservationist - whose dad is late Crocodile Hunter legend Steve Irwin - won Dancing With The Stars in December 2025 and there has been speculation he could follow up his victory by turning to another reality TV franchise in his search for love.
Asked about any kind of reality TV future, he told Entertainment Tonight: "Never say never, I'm in this realm right now where I'm like, never say never."
When he was quizzed specifically on The Batchelor, he added: "You know what? Watch this space.
"Who knows? It's a strange world. Anything could happen."
However, Robert pointed out that he's been overwhelmed by some of the reports about him since appearing on DWTS.
He said: "I feel like some of the rumors flying around during Dancing with the Stars -- like, Robert's gonna be the next Bachelor -- I'm like, oh my goodness.
"I'm a zookeeper. I'm an animal conservationist. That's my thing. My world is very different from most of the things that are reported on about me."
He insisted his life is actually "a lot more boring" than people might expect.
In terms of romance, he added: "I'm pretty vanilla."
Robert recently admitted he was delighted to be whisked away from Los Angeles immediately after winning Dancing With The Stars as he headed to South Africa to present the Australian version of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in an environment that is far more familiar to him.
Robert told the West Australian: "I couldn't wait to get out here, actually.
"Being in LA for the last three months has been wonderful, but I am not a city kid.
"I live out in the bush and have grown up there, so it's good to be back where there's a bit of greenery."
