R&B artist Chris Brown’s ex claims he’s harassing anyone she has dated in the two years since they broke up, amid an ongoing custody battle over their daughter.

The singer gets “extremely angry” and has exhibited “disturbing behavior” whenever she dates someone new, former partner Diamond Brown alleged in court documents obtained by TMZ. He made “death threats against my most recent boyfriend, and continued threats to not only him, but also to his twin brother,” she alleged, adding, “I understand that he has also had third parties make threats.”

He also harassed the first person she dated after their breakup, she said.

“Both of these relationships broke up because of Chris’s harassment,” Diamond Brown, 28, said in the court documents cited by TMZ. He has not stopped despite having a new partner and baby, Diamond Brown said, noting that her attorney has been trying to get “Run It!” singer’s attorney to shut down the “extremely frightening” behavior since March.

“I feel that I have been living under siege and would appreciate the right to peaceful enjoyment of my life,” Diamond said, according to TMZ.

Diamond Brown has also sought more child support from her ex. While she earns about $1,500 a month as an influencer and esthetician and said Chris Brown pays her $4,000 monthly rent, she’s still scraping by on expenses for their 4-year-old daughter. The singer’s net worth runs into the tens of millions. He and Usher are currently selling out stadiums and arenas nationwide amid their joint “The R&B Tour.”

Brown has a documented history of violence and other issues, including a 2023 bottle-throwing incident at a London nightclub that he pleaded guilty to in July of this year. Last week a former housekeeper who had been mauled by his dog in 2020 settled for $9.5 million in damages, Rolling Stone reported.

Most notoriously, Brown pleaded guilty in 2009 to beating up pop star Rihanna, his then on-again-off-again girlfriend. She testified at the time that physical abuse had been ongoing throughout their volatile relationship. Brown avoided prison and was sentenced to five years’ probation, 180 days of community labor and a year of mandatory domestic violence counseling.
