Extras needed for movie filming in St. Louis

“The Streak,” a movie comedy filming in St. Louis through Sept. 30, is looking for a few good extras.
Like, 1,800 of them.
The movie, written and directed by Steve Byrne, is about the 2011 California Institute of Technology men’s basketball team, which had the longest losing streak in collegiate basketball history.
The Caltech Beavers lost 310 games in a row, a stretch of more than 26 years. In the last game of the 2011 season, the team, led by coach Oliver Eslinger, defeated Occidental College by a score of 46-45.
The movie needs extras to appear as fans in in the background of basketball-game scenes. They will not be paid.
The volunteer extras will be needed to commit to a minimum of a five-hour time frame on their chosen date. The basketball scenes will be filmed in the St. Louis area on Sept. 1, 8, 17 and 22-24.
Extras for these scenes must be 18 years old, but otherwise can be all types and ethnicities.
Filmmaking involves a lot of sitting around and waiting, so professional comedians will entertain the crowd between takes.
