Olivia Munn has praised the "incredible, generous, supportive" women she's met while battling breast cancer.

The 46-year-old actress was diagnosed with aggressive Luminal B breast cancer in both breasts in April 2023, after which she underwent a double mastectomy in addition to multiple other operations.

Olivia revealed her diagnosis to fans in March 2024, and has been using her social media pages to keep them updated, with her latest video coming on Wednesday (12.08.26).

In the clip, she spoke about the people she's met while building a community among those who have battled or are battling the disease - calling it "the worst club with the best members".

She said: "The sisterhood I've found of women who have battled/are currently battling the same fight are the most incredible, generous, supportive people I've ever met."

Olivia revealed that her journey has inspired her to launch a social media series sharing specifics about her cancer battle, which will include some of the frank conversations she has found so "healing".

She continued: "The question I get most is, how am I doing today? Today, I'm doing really good. Most people who are going through any type of cancer can tell you that every day is different.

"And sometimes you feel like you're really on an upswing, and then there are other times when you're like, 'Oh my gosh, this is so difficult. How is this still so hard?'"

Olivia added that she's hopeful talking about her journey will be "helpful" for others, noting that she felt "lost" until she saw the amount of support that's available online.

She said: "It just gave me just a little bit more hope that things would be okay."

Olivia, who has two children with partner John Mulaney, encouraged people to ask her questions in the comments section of the Instagram video, and added: "I've spoken a lot publicly about every step I've taken on this path and I still get lots of questions.

"I hope making this series to live on my page will help anyone going through this and also anyone who knows someone going through this."
