Michael J. Fox and wife Tracy Pollan marked their 38th wedding anniversary on Thursday (16.07.26) with heartfelt Instagram posts.
The Back to the Future star shared a snap of himself and Tracy smiling widely while sitting on a loveseat, and wrote alongside it: "Every day is a holiday, and anniversaries are even better. Love you so."
The post was accompanied by the Rolling Stones tune That's How Strong My Love Is.
Tracy commented on the post: "Love you!!!"
She also shared an anniversary post on her Instagram page, with a photo of herself and Michael at a restaurant, writing: "Happy Anniversary sweetie! I love you so!!!"
With Michael commenting on the post: "Love you!"
Michael and Tracy first met when they were both young actors, as they were cast as each other's love interests on the sitcom Family Ties.
However, as they were both dating other people, their friendship stayed platonic.
A few years later, the pair were reunited on screen in Bright Lights, Big City, and their romance went from strength to strength until Michael proposed just seven months later.
The couple exchanged vows in Arlington, Vermont, in the summer of 1988.
They've been together since then, facing various challenges in their relationship, including Michael's Parkinson's disease diagnosis in 1991.
Speaking about the moment he and Tracy learned of the diagnosis, he told CBS Mornings: "So very early in the marriage, [Tracy] got this dumped on her. And the moment that I told her I was realising was the last time we cried about it together.
"We haven't cried about Parkinson's since. We've just dealt with it and lived our lives. But we cried about it that first time."
Michael and Tracy have four children together - son Sam and daughters Esme, Schuyler and Aquinnah.
And Michael has always praised his nearest and dearest for their immense support.
He told People: "They've always been there for me, and they continue to be for me, year after year."
