Joe Jonas is selling his house for $6.8 million.

The 36-year-old singer has quietly listed his 26th floor apartment in the luxury Olympia Dumbo complex in New York City up for sale, with the three-bedroom corner abode boasting sweeping views of downtown Manhattan thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and "gallery-worthy" design.

The living area features marble detailing, integrated LED lighting and white oak millwork, and opens up to a chef's kitchen featuring custom cabinets, hand-blown glass lighting and a marble island and backsplash.

Music lovers will enjoy the speakeasy-themed vinyl listening room, which boasts red walls, a custom bar,and leathered marble countertop.

The main bathroom also has stunning views and a spa-inspired bath, as well as a soaking tub and a glass enclosed shower, while each of the bedrooms also feature ensuite bathrroms.

The property - which comes with dedicated parking and private storage - also boasts a walk-in pantry, a laundry closet with appliances, and a powder room featuring a custom pedestal vanity.

The Olympia Dumbo building offers an additional three floors of amenities for residents to use, which include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, juice bar, gaming lounge and even a bowling alley, as well as a children's playroom, while outside there is a shared pool, full-size tennis court, a playground, cabanas and barbecue areas.

Meanwhile, Joe recently told how his daughters Willa, five, and three-year-old Delphine - who he has with ex-wife Sophie Turner - have given him a "reason to be alive".

Speaking with brothers Nick and Kevin Jonas on their Hey Jonas! podcast, he said: "I'm a single dad and I coparent with my children's mother.

"I think my children have given me purpose again in my life.

"[They are] the reason I do what I do now."

The Work It Out hitmaker noted he works hard when he's away so he can enjoy his time with his daughters when they are all together.

He added: "They've really given me the reason to be alive, I would say.

"I think, in my saddest moments, I'm able to be reminded quickly that a hug from them can solve the world's problems...

"I think they've taught me that I'll be OK even in my toughest days."

Joe went on to praise Sophie and the other supportive people in his life for helping with his children.

He said: "There's a lot of people in my situation that are single parents and go through this, and I'm grateful that I have a co-parent that I can balance even the bad days.

"But I think being able to have good people around me to kind of help me navigate it is really special."
