Britney Spears breaks silence on 'interesting year' and 'emotional issues' after arrest

Britney Spears has broken her silence on an "interesting year" following her arrest for reckless driving in March.
The 44-year-old singer was arrested in the evening of 4 March near her home in Ventura County, California, after police received an anonymous call about someone "travelling at high speeds and swerving" on the road.
Britney pleaded guilty to reckless driving in connection with the incident, and was sentenced to 12 months' probation and one day of jail, credited as time served, as part of her plea deal.
The mother-of-two - one of the best-selling pop stars of all time - was also fined $571 and ordered to see a psychologist weekly and a psychiatrist twice a month.
She also checked into a rehab facility following the arrest, and has largely stayed off social media in the wake of the incident.
However, she took to her Instagram page on Thursday to share a now-deleted post, in which she touched upon some of the biggest things from her "interesting year".
She wrote: "This year has been quite interesting… I've never done so many arts and crafts and it's sort of embarrassing ok so I might have went a bit coo coo in the nest when I honestly believed I could create my own stained glass …"
Britney continued to tell her followers that she got pieces of broken glass and arranged them on white sheets, but wasn't able to get the finish she wanted because she was unable to use the "glass blowing machine" she owns.
She went on to talk about the location she uses for the majority of her arts and crafts projects - the kitchen - and the significance behind the choice.
She continued: "I have a lot of emotional issues that come up in my kitchen… I have no idea why.
"I guess that's usually where we as family all come together to celebrate, pray and cook and well for some reason I did my crafts there."
The confusing post then continued with Britney saying she painted through the night before finally finishing the stained glass lamp she'd started.
She explained: "It was by no means perfect but my heart and whole body became one with it and I melted with the soft pink and purple glow before me as if I fell in love.
"Ok I get its a f***** broken lamp with shattered glass pieces put together somehow to create light… but I found myself wanting to go to the kitchen after years of not wanting to…l was excited to go to the kitchen in the middle of the night to eat my cereal or snacks … something very demure to me and one of a kind."
Britney added that the lamp remained in the same spot for three months after she made it, before claiming it was thrown away by the cleaner "as if it was a napkin".
She continued to say that she's "used to people taking my things".
Britney said: "I didn't even fight or ask where it was I just knew and learned about humanity and decided last night I choose animals over people.
"I am actually AWAKENED to KNOW that something like SLEEPING in bed with a LION…something that holy and royal instead sleeping with a person has honestly given me the highest consciousness I've ever felt in my life."
