'Jersey Shore's' Angelina Pivarnick suffers miscarriage during show

NEW YORK — “Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick suffered a miscarriage on the “Family Vacation” spinoff, just weeks after revealing she was expecting her first child.
In a clip from next week’s episode of the MTV hit, in its final season, the Staten Island native, 39, revealed she was “actively miscarrying.”
Pivarnick, who appeared in 20 episodes of “Jersey Shore” and has starred in the spinoff since 2018, shared during this week’s episode that she was “not feeling myself” amid her pregnancy, announced in another episode earlier this month. Both episodes were filmed in 2025.
In this week’s episode, pregnant castmates Pivarnick and Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola discussed the former’s “spotting.”
A “concerned” Giancola — who’d experienced the same with her 2024 miscarriage — advised Pivarnick go to the hospital for “peace of mind.” Giancola herself has since welcomed son Vincent, 9 months, with husband Justin May.
“I’m Ready to watch this sad episode:(,” Pivarnick tweeted before Thursday’s broadcast, adding during the show, “All I ever wanted was a family of my own.”
Pivarnick’s pregnancy news was announced in the May 14 episode, wherein she showed her positive pregnancy test to Giancola after taking it at the birthday part for co-star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s daughter Luna, 1.
Mystified, she said in the confessional that “could be my fairy tale, my path, my baby.”
During the show, Pivarnick called baby daddy “John Doe-Nor” to let him know she was “officially, definitely pregnant” and they were “having a baby!”
