Kandi Burruss has accused her ex husband of trying to "sensationalise their sex life".

The 50-year-old reality star and singer announced her divorced from ex Todd Tucker in November 2025 after 11 years of marriage, and she has now responded after he claimed they had threesomes "for most of our marriage" in a trailer for upcoming film 'Til Divorce Do Us Part.

In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Kandi said: "A man who has already hurt me to my core is furthering the damage by choosing to sensationalise our sex life to stretch his five minutes of fame.

"What consensually happens between a husband and wife in the privacy of their marriage is exactly that -- private.

"His current behaviour has only confirmed that I did the right thing by getting divorced. I Do, I Did, I'm Done!"

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star met Todd in 2011 when he was working as a line producer on the Bravo reality show.

In November 2025, she confirmed their split and said the decision had been made "after deep thought and a lot of prayer".

She said in a statement at the time: "After deep thought and a lot of prayer, I've made the decision to move forward with a divorce.

"This is a difficult and emotional time, but my focus remains on protecting my peace, being the best mother I can be, and co-parenting with love and respect.

"I'm stepping into a new chapter pouring into my work, my family, and my own growth.

"I'm grateful to everyone who supported us throughout the years, and I ask for privacy, grace, and understanding as we navigate this transition with our family."

Kandi, who rote TLC's track No Scrubs and Destiny Child's chart topper Bills, Bills, Bills, and her ex finalised the divorce in March.

She previously revealed she decided to end their relationship four months before they publicly confirmed the breakup.

She told Real Housewives producer Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live: "In July was when I was like, 'Oh, yeah. No, I can't do this no more."
