Brandi Glanville says an ultrasound has found "something alive" in her face.

The 53-year-old reality star has been about her ongoing health issues, including a benign tumour in a lymph node in her face, and she has given another update in a series of posts on social media.

In a post shared on Monday (08.09.26), she said: "I know what's wrong, and I wanna cut my face open and take it out."

She added: "Luckily I found a doctor that can read MRI results and did the MRI."

In a third video later the same day, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a clip of herself receiving infusions.

She noted that she'd undergone an MRI and ultrasound, and the technician told her she had "something alive" in her face which "was moving".

She added: "And she'd never seen anything like it, and the radiologist agreed. So yeah, if I don't find a radiologist to come cut this out of my face, I'm gonna do it myself."

In the captions, she explained her decision to share the videos with her fans.

Under a previous video, she wrote: "For the first time, I'm showing you what my life has really looked like behind closed doors.

"The treatments. The IVs. The exhaustion. The days nobody saw.

"I haven't been ready to talk about all of it publicly, and there's still a lot I'm not ready to share yet. This is only one minute of a much bigger story."

Alongside the third video, she revealed she's "finally getting some answers".

She said: "The ultrasound showed something I wasn't prepared to see… and yes, I saw it with my own eyes.

"There's a lot more to explain, and I know you guys have questions...

"I'm going to share more soon and give you a better explanation of what they found, what it means, and what happens next.

"For now, this is what my days look like. Treatment, answers and hopefully getting closer to getting this OUT of my face."

Brandi previously insisted she felt she had "lost everything" because of her health struggles.

Speaking earlier this year, she said on the I Do, Part 2 podcast: "I haven't had sex in three years, the whole time I've been sick, because I lost my confidence.

"I feel like I lost everything at once. I lost my job. I lost my reputation. I lost my looks."
