The 15-year-old son of “Real Housewife of Atlanta” alumni Kim Zolciak and former NFL player Kroy Biermann’s is accused of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery against a high school classmate.

Kroy Biermann Jr., was taken into police custody when a victim claimed the suspect assaulted her inside a Lifetime Fitness changing area on the afternoon of April 24.

He was arrested Monday, according to TMZ.

Authorities said they interviewed the victim at North Fulton Hospital one day after the alleged sex assault.

US Weekly said the 6-foot-2-inch, 180-pound juvenile suspect remained in custody Friday at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center.

Zolciak and Biermann have four children together, according to People. Kroy is their oldest. The 48-year-old reality TV personality has two adult daughters from a previous relationship.

Biermann, a former NFL linebackers, filed for divorce from the Bravo star in 2023. That initiative is “still in process,” according to the network. The couple is reportedly living apart.

“I would like to communicate more regarding the children, but it’s just not there right now,” she said in a 2025 Bravo interview.

Zolciak called the accusations against her son “reckless and deeply troubling” in a statement to TMZ that vehemently proclaims her son’s innocence. Alpharetta police haven’t responded to a request for information.
