Taylor Frankie Paul is being accused of having “abused” or “neglected” her children, according to concerns leveled by Utah officials, as sources linked to the reality star has spoken out against the release of such information.

The state’s Department of Children and Family Services is calling on a juvenile court to find that the 32-year-old “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” star’s three young children have been “abused, neglected or dependent,” according to a petition obtained by TMZ.

A representative for Paul did not immediately respond to the Daily News’ request for comment.

The filing, first reported by TMZ Wednesday, follows troubling statements made to caseworkers by Paul, who shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 5, with ex-husband Tate Paul. She shares son Ever, 2, with ex Dakota Mortensen. Paul and 33-year-old Mortensen were recently granted permanent restraining orders against one another.

Just last week, insiders told TMZ that Paul would return with limited participation to the Hulu hit’s fifth season, which was put on pause earlier this year as she and Mortensen leveled dueling allegations of domestic violence against each other. Though the exes were ordered to undergo psychiatric evaluations, both avoided charges.

Paul in May cited her life coach as “the only reason she was still alive,” according to the newly obtained petition, which People reports was filed this week.

Per TMZ, Paul allegedly appeared as though she felt “forced” to attend therapy. At one point, she is said to have told caseworkers they “should know who killed her if she ends up dead because she felt no one believes her,” but stipulated she was not suicidal.

“The fact that this leaked speaks volumes on its own. Juvenile court is private to protect the children’s interests, leaking this information does the exact opposite,” a source connected to Paul told TMZ. “Someone is clearly acting in their own interest, not the children’s. … It leaves out DCFS’s documented concerns about the other side, which are on record in district court and with law enforcement.”

Paul remains on probation until next month, following a 2023 domestic violence arrest. The inciting incident for that arrest was captured on video that TMZ published in March, and showed Paul hurling metal bar stools toward Mortensen. Indy was reportedly struck by one of the stools at the time.

Just hours after that footage was publicized, ABC — which along with Hulu is Disney-owned — shelved Paul’s season of “The Bachelorette.”

Mortensen quickly obtained custody of Ever at that time. He and Paul remain in a custody battle.

Also this week, a judge determined that Mortensen’s roommate, Cru Eaton, has stalked Paul, which formed the basis of an injunction against him.
