Milo Ventimiglia and his wife Jarah Mariano have welcomed their second child together.
Jarah, 42, announced the arrival of the couple's newborn son in an Instagram post celebrating what she described as "chaos, but in the best possible way".
This Is Us actor Milo, 49, and Jarah quietly expanded their family after welcoming a baby boy in June, according to TMZ.
Jarah revealed on Instagram the couple's son has been named Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia.
Her announcement comes after she and Milo revealed earlier this year that they were expecting their second child together.
Sharing the family update on Instagram, Jarah wrote: "These last couple of weeks have been chaos, but in the best possible way. Welcome back home Rock-Anthony Makoa Ventimiglia. Can't wait for all of the adventures ahead with our family of 5!"
The post included a family photograph featuring Milo, Jarah, their two children and the couple's dog.
Another black-and-white image showed the couple holding their new arrival's hand.
According to TMZ, Rock-Anthony was born in June, although the couple did not publicly announce the birth until Jarah shared the update on social media.
Milo and Jarah married privately in September 2023 and welcomed their first child, daughter Ke'ala, in January 2025.
The actor is best known for portraying Jack Pearson in the acclaimed family drama This Is Us, a performance that earned him three Primetime Emmy Award nominations, while fans also know him as Jess Mariano in Gilmore Girls and Peter Petrelli in Heroes.
More recently, Milo has taken on the role of Hayden Payne in Netflix's thriller series I Will Find You.
Milo has largely kept his personal life out of the public eye throughout his career, including his relationship with Jarah, with the pair quietly marrying in 2023 before becoming parents for the first time in January 2025.
Alongside his television success, Milo has also appeared in films including Rocky Balboa, in which he played Robert Balboa Jr. opposite Sylvester Stallone, and The Art of Racing in the Rain.
He also stars in I Can Only Imagine 2, due for release in 2026.
Away from acting, Milo is a producer and director and co-founded the production company DiVide Pictures in 2003.
He has also directed several television episodes and digital projects, including instalments of This Is Us.
Jarah, a model and actor, has also maintained a relatively private family life with Milo, with the couple rarely sharing details of their children publicly.
