NEW YORK — Blake Lively issued a lengthy statement — complete with a dragon emoji — after a judge tossed most of the claims in her sexual harassment lawsuit against her “It Ends With Us” co-star, Justin Baldoni.

Despite the legal setback, Lively is still allowed to pursue her claims that Baldoni retaliated against her and harmed her career after she accused him of creating a “hostile work environment” on set.

She said she was grateful she still has the “ability to finally tell my story in full at trial.”

“I am grateful for the court’s ruling which allows the heart of my case to be presented to a jury next month,” Lively wrote in an Instagram story shared Friday night.

She also said she was grateful “for those who don’t have the same opportunity” to talk about the sexual harassment and hostile work environments they face in their lives.

“The last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit, but I brought this case because of the pervasive RETALIATION I faced, and continued to, for privately and professionally asking for a safe working environment for myself and others,” she continued.

Judge Lewis Liman, a federal judge in the Southern District of New York, on Thursday tossed 10 of the 13 claims Lively filed against 42-year-old Baldoni following their feud on the set of the 2024 movie, “It Ends With Us,” an adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel of the same name. That included all claims related to sexual harassment, defamation and conspiracy, though Lively is still allowed to pursue certain claims of retaliation against Baldoni’s public relations team over alleged harm to her reputation.

The “Gossip Girl” alum filed suit against Baldoni in December 2024, after months of rumors and online speculation about a rift between the pair. She said Baldoni, who also served as director for “It Ends With Us,” created a “hostile work environment,” further accusing him of sexual harassment and orchestrating an alleged smear campaign against her.

Baldoni has consistently denied any wrongdoing.

Lively on Friday urged fans against getting sucked into “the digital soap opera” aspect of the case, adding that “the physical pain from digital violence is very real.”

“It is abuse,” she continued. “And it’s everywhere… my claims won’t be the first or last time you’ll see examples of the extreme dangers of retaliation and digital warfare.”

Lively concluded her statement with a vow to fight and a dragon emoji, which could be a cheeky reference to a message she sent to Baldoni comparing herself to the “Game of Thrones” character Khaleesi, who is the “mother of dragons.”

In the same note, she called husband Ryan Reynolds and friend Taylor Swift her dragons.

“I will never stop doing my part in fighting to expose the systems and people who seek to harm, shame, silence and retaliate against victims,” she wrote. “I know it’s a privilege to be able to stand up. I will not waste it.”

The case is set to go to trial in May.
