SAN JOSE, Calif. — BTS is giving Bay Area fans even more of what they want.

These K-pop superstars have just announced a third date at Stanford Stadium on their long-awaited return to the global stage with their 2026-27 world tour.

The new BTS date is May 19.

The BTS tour, which kicks off on the band’s home turf in South Korea on April 9, was already scheduled to play May 16-17 at Stanford Stadium. These three BTS shows represent a huge booking for a venue that has just recently gotten into the concert business.

Tickets go on sale at 11 a.m. June 24, livenation.com.

This tour “will feature a 360-degree, in-the-round stage design. The immersive setup places the audience at the center of the experience while allowing for increased capacity at every venue,” according to a news release.

This run marks BTS’ first headline performances as a group since 2021-2022’s Permission to Dance on Stage tour, which consisted of only 12 shows across Seoul, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.
