Griddled Flatbreads

Makes 4 (9-inch) flatbreads

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading and rolling

1 1/4 cups plain whole-milk Greek yogurt

Herb add-ins (optional, see notes)

 

2 tablespoons olive oil
