ARIES (March 21-April 19). Are you assuming the problem is the problem? Sometimes the visible frustration is only a symptom. Trace it back one layer and a different issue appears. Solve that one and several others may disappear with it.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20). Are you assuming the value has already been discovered? Some assets hide in plain sight. A skill, contact, idea, tool or opportunity may reveal its usefulness only after circumstances change. What appears ordinary today may prove pivotal tomorrow.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21). Are you assuming everyone wants the same outcome? Consider that people on the same team are not all trying to solve the same problem. When there's confusion in the group, it could be because you don't know what everyone wants.

CANCER (June 22-July 22). Are you assuming your feelings are predictions? While your intuition often strikes gold, emotion is still just information that is not always prophetic. Anxiety can describe a state of mind. It does not automatically describe the future.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22). Are you assuming a delay means disinterest? Time moves differently for different people. Some sort, process, hesitate, research, recover or reflect before responding. A quick pace isn't always enthusiasm, and a slow one isn't always a no.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21). Are you assuming others have access to the same resources as you? To release that idea is to see where help is needed and where it only creates confusion. Efficiency depends on understanding the conditions each person is working within.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19). Are you assuming more effort is the answer? Some situations improve when you put a bit more elbow grease into it. Others improve with different timing, delegation, patience or a better design. Figure out where the leverage is before you increase the volume.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18). Are you assuming the other person thinks like you? How would your approach change if you knew they organize experience through images, patterns, memory, instinct or logic? Understanding often begins when you stop treating your own mind as the default setting.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20). Are you assuming the choice is permanent? There's physics and there's math. Beyond that, most of life is negotiation. Many decisions are experiments disguised as commitments. Adjustment, revision and course correction are usually available for the asking.
