You know Chips Ahoy! chocolate chips cookies. You probably love them as much as I do (especially dunked in ice-cold milk). Now, anyone with a gluten concern can love them, too.

The new Gluten Free Chips Ahoy! are made with tapioca starch, oat flour and rice flour to very nearly mimic the original. A press release states: “It took more than 40 recipes over 3,000 hours to get it right.”

I believe it, because these are just right. In fact, they are maybe a bit softer than the original, which, to me, is actually an upgrade.
