BALTIMORE — Seven students have been hospitalized with minor injuries after a school bus was involved in a multi-vehicle crash in Woodlawn on Monday morning, officials said.

The department said on the social media platform X around 9:30 a.m. that multiple vehicles and a school bus were involved in the collision near Dogwood and Rolling roads, and that crews were “assessing all involved for injuries.”

Seven students have since been transported to an area hospital, according to a statement from the Baltimore County Police Department.

Baltimore County Public Schools and fire crews are working together to get the uninjured students to school, according to the fire department’s post on X.

As of 10:20 a.m., Baltimore County Public Schools’ online bus tracker was showing delay information updated hours earlier, at 7:05 a.m. The district did not immediately respond when asked which school the bus was en route to before the crash.

Officials also warned drivers to expect delays in the area.

The Dogwood Station shopping center was quiet Monday morning after the crash had cleared, though shattered brake light pieces and destroyed shrubbery were visible off Rolling Road.

The intersection of Dogwood and Rolling roads is just north of Interstate 70 and west of Interstate 695.
