Tip: Cut Bulb Foliage
National Gardening Association
Once daffodil, tulip, and hyacinth flowers die, leave bulb foliage
until it yellows. The foliage will rejuvenate the bulb for next year's
flowering. Once it yellows, cut the foliage off at the soil line.
