Tip: Prune Crape Myrtle

Trees and shrubs that bloom on new wood such as crape myrtle, can be pruned now to stimulate new growth, produce larger flowers, and keep vigorous plants under control. Also, remove crossing branches, dead wood, and broken limbs.
