A. The Maldives. It looks so beautiful there.
Q. When you go away, what are some of your must-have items?
A. I have to have face masks because my skin gets super dry when traveling. Another must-have is my 3-in-1 charger that has all the plugs. I also bring an extra battery for my phone and noise-canceling headphones.
Q. What is your guilty pleasure when you're on the road?
A. Food. I feel like my healthy eating plan goes out the window when I travel, but I'm not complaining. I always try the local favorites when I travel.
Q. What kind of research do you do before you go away on a trip?
A. I actually rarely do research before going on a trip. I like to experience new places without any preconceived thoughts. If I have questions while I'm there, I'll look it up. I love to just ask the locals, since I feel that's where you get the real stuff!
Q. What is your best vacation memory?
A. I loved my recent trip to Seoul to film the "Empire" music video. That whole trip was so amazing, and a dream come true.
