2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

1 1/2 cups apple cider

2 pears, grated

1/2 cup vegan plain yogurt or almond milk

1 teaspoon maple syrup

 

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Nutmeg (optional)

1/4 sliced almonds

1 cup raspberries
