1 cup diced onion

1 cup diced sweet red pepper

2 teaspoons minced garlic

 

2 teaspoons minced ginger

Salt

1/2 package (1/2 pound) extra firm tofu, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 1 cup)

1 tablespoon curry powder
