For the crumb topping:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons chopped, toasted pecans
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pinch kosher salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 250 F.
