Dessert -- Coffee Ice Cream Dessert


20 lady fingers
1 cup chocolate almond candy bars, chopped
One half gallon coffee ice cream
Whipped topping or whipped cream

Line a small baking dish with ladyfingers. Stir chocolate candy into coffee ice cream and spread over ladyfingers. Place in the freezer until ready to serve. Spread whipped topping or whipped cream over the top before serving and also more chopped chocolate if you wish. Let the ice cream melt a little before trying to spread it over the ladyfingers.

The Skinny: Use low fat frozen yogurt rather than ice cream and fat free whipped topping.
