Black to Play
Published in Chess Puzzles
For anyone who plays the Sicilian Dragon Variation, the position above must seem quite familiar. How does Black continue his attack here?
Solution:
Zhuravlev-Koskin, 1936, ended this way: 1... Nxf3 2. Nxf3 Nxe4 3. Nxe4 Rxb2+ 4. Kc1 Rb1+ 5. Kxb1 Qb8+. White Resigned as mate on b2 can only be delayed, not prevented.
