Traffic camera monitors surprised by attention-seeking owl

(UPI) Transport officials in Finland shared traffic camera footage of an unusual obstruction that turned out to be a curious owl.
The Finnish Transport Agency posted a video to YouTube showing what traffic management operators saw when they noticed something amiss about one of the agency's cameras at the Tampere Coastal Tunnel.
The agency said the workers carefully moved the camera until they ended up with a close-up of the blockage's cause -- an owl staring into the lens.
"The Finnish Transport Agency's Traffic Management Operators were surprised when an owl was posing for their traffic camera," the agency wrote.
