From Rohacek-May, Bad Sliac, 1932. Black played 8...Qxe1+ 9.Rxe1 Bxh3 which loses to 10.Rb3. How could Black have avoided loss?

8...Rc1 9.Qxc1 Bf3+ 10.Kf1 Bxe2+ 11.Kxe2 Qxe5+ 12.Qe3 Qxb8 13.Qxe6 would have at least drawn. Although a pawn up, the win would have been difficult.
