This is a very well-known position if the rook and bishop were replaced by a queen on, say, c2 and the black king on g8 instead of f8. However, this is a variation on a theme. A good lesson for kids.
Please note that the rook move to f4 is the only one that works. You’ll see why. 1.Rf7+ Kg8 2.Rf4+ Kh8 3.Nf7+ Kg8 4.Ne5+ Kh8 5.Ng6+ hxg6 6.Rh4#
