A question for you: Is Black, on the move, winning or losing or drawing this game?

Solution:

From a British Chess Magazine series in 1924. Black can only draw here: 1...Ng4 2.Qg8+ [Black could hope for 2.Qxg4 Rxf1#; 2.Rxf8 Qxh2#, but White doesn’t cooperate] 2...Kg6 [ If 2...Kxg8 3.Rxf8+ Kxf8 4.Rxc7; 2...Rxg8 3.Rxc7 with easy wins for White] 3.Qe6+ Kh7 4.Qg8+ Kg6 5.Qe6+ Perpetual check.
