COL BKB: Kansas State 85, Cleveland St. 56

MANHATTAN, Kan. (UPI) -- Jacob Pullen's 18 points led a balanced attack in No. 12 Kansas State's eighth straight win Tuesday, an 85-56 thrashing of Cleveland State.

KSU (12-1) used a 25-5 run to take a 21-point halftime lead and coasted to the victory.

Curtis Kelly had 17 points and Dominique Sutton scored 13, along with four assists and four steals for the Wildcats.

Jeremy Montgomery posted 20 points for the Vikings (4-10), who committed 20 turnovers.

Cleveland State has lost nine of its last 10 games.
