HAMPTON, Ga. (UPI) -- Jeff Burton won Saturday's Nicorette 300 Busch
Series race at the Atlanta Motor Speedway, finishing 1.420 seconds
ahead of runner-up Kasey Kahne.
The victory was Burton's first of the season and 21st of his Busch
career. His last win came in October 2002 at the Lowe's Motor
Speedway.
Pole winner Kyle Busch held the top spot for the first 25 laps. But on
the next lap he was passed on the inside by Matt Kenseth and continued
to back up although he did stay in the top-five.
Greg Biffle, Kenseth and J.J. Yeley completed the top-five.
Kevin Harvick finished 11th to maintain his Busch Series points lead.
He holds a margin of 17 points over Yeley (772-755).
