PHOENIX — New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley is out for Thursday night’s game at San Francisco due to a sprained right ankle. So is left tackle Andrew Thomas, who will miss a second straight game with a hamstring injury.

So Daniel Jones will be without two of his most important offensive teammates against one of the NFL’s best teams in the 49ers.

Barkley is expected to miss multiple games, maybe even three, despite coach Brian Daboll insisting on Tuesday that Barkley had a chance to play this week.

Here is the Giants’ full injury report for the game:

Out:

RB Saquon Barkley (Ankle)

OL Ben Bredeson (Concussion)

OLB Azeez Ojulari (Hamstring)

T Andrew Thomas (Hamstring)

Questionable:

ILB Micah McFadden (Neck)

WR Wan’Dale Robinson (Knee)
