Seriously Simple: Rustic tart celebrates the sweetness of Hanukkah

For the crust:

1 1/4 cups white pastry flour or all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

8 tablespoons (1 stick) frozen, unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

 

1/4 cup ice water

For the filling:

1/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided
