The Kitchn: Tofu poke bowls are the cheap and easy way to try the trend at home

Serves 4

For the tofu:

14 to 16 ounces extra-firm tofu, drained

1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce

1 to 2 cloves garlic, grated or minced

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

 

1 to 2 teaspoons grated or minced fresh peeled ginger

1 teaspoon sesame seeds

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
