The Kitchn: This is how bakeries make their muffins so delicious

10 tablespoons (5 ounces) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1 3/4 cups cake flour

For the muffins:

2 1/2 cups cake flour

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

 

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

12 tablespoons (6 ounces) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

2/3 cup buttermilk
