For the labneh filling:

2 cups labneh (see notes)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1/3 cup granulated sugar

 

For the salted honey sauce:

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup honey
