White to Play

Pete Tamburro on

Published in Chess Puzzles

This is from a great game in the Steinitz-Chigorin match in Havana, 1891. In the diagrammed position, White can recapture with the rook or bishop. Only one way wins, and you have to be pretty clever to find the subsequent moves as well. Good luck!
