The 20-year-old social media lifestyle influencer known as Clavicular is accused of drugging and raping a teen in Massachusetts.

Braden Peters, who popularized the vanity practice called “looksmaxxing,” is also charged with procuring alcohol for a minor, according to Orleans District Court criminal complaint.

Prosecutors said in a Sept. 8 filing that the alleged incident occurred in Cape Cod in May 2025. Peters’ parents have a home on the largely posh peninsula. His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 14.

A Chatham County Police report says the unidentified accuser, who was 17 years old at the time of the incident, told investigators that she was invited to the Peters’ home to make streaming videos with the defendant. She was greeted by his mother and grandmother after arriving on May 23, 2025.

The accuser told authorities Peters was “aware” she was 17 years old. She claimed their interaction was awkward until Peters offered her vodka that was sitting on a desk.

She felt pressured to drink it, police said. The accuser told authorities she had “two, three shots, but it was like not really shots, it was more like cups.”

She claims to have been offered more booze, but declined because she’d already consumed too much and was “really drunk.”

The pair made out on a couch before moving to Peters’ bed, she said. When she awoke, Peters was “on top” of her. She told police she didn’t ask him to stop because the non-consensual intercourse was already happening.

The accuser said she was living with her grandmother at the time and didn’t speak about her ordeal because it was “embarrassing.

Police twice tried reaching Peters by phone unsuccessfully. His voice mailbox was full.

The timeline coincides with a civil suit against Peters that was filed by 18-year-old Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza in Florida in April. She alleges that Peters injected her with a fat-dissolving substance during a livestream without consent when she was a minor, according to CBS News. That suit also reportedly alleges Mendoza had a nonconsensual sexual encounter with Peters while intoxicated in Cape Cod.

Peters addressed his apparent accuser on X late Monday night.

“Happens to all successful young men, people try to come for your money. Greed is evil,” he wrote.

He posted a similar response in April when the civil suit was filed.

An attorney representing Clavicular told TMZ his client intends to “vigorously defend himself.”

Peters is known for going to great lengths to be as handsome as possible. He’s partied with influencer brother Andrew and Tristan Tate, who are in Miami fighting extradition to Great Britain, where they face accusations of rape and human trafficking.
