Donald Trump Jr. has officially severed romantic and business ties with Kimberly Guilfoyle.

The president’s eldest child recently paid off his ex-fiancée a cool $7.6 million for her share of the Jupiter, Florida, mansion they bought for $9.7 million in happier times (2021), The Palm Beach Post first reported.

A change in relationship status may have propelled the real estate transaction.

In May, Jr., 48, tied the knot with Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson, 39. The newlyweds were first spotted looking cozy at a brunch in September 2024 while the political scion was still engaged and Guilfoyle, 57, rocking her ring.

The “Apprentice” alum and erstwhile Fox reporter officially split a few months later, right around the time Trump Sr. appointed Guilfoyle U.S. ambassador to Greece.

Back to the art of this deal: The 6-bedroom, 11-bathroom 11,270-square-foot spread in golf-carter’s paradise Admiral’s Cove has amenities like an elevator, wine cellar, pool and private dock. Membership to the private club there costs about 200K.

Hmm. We have no doubt Jr. and Guilfoyle created their share of memories here, but we do know the slate is now clean.

A Palm Beach County deed, recorded on Monday, shows the buyout went down on July 25 and the home, which is not currently for sale, is now in the father of five’s name only. It’s unclear if the first son and influencer will eventually unload it. As per Page Six, over the summer, they purchased a double lot in the historic neighborhood of Prospect Park in West Palm Beach with plans to build an expansive home.

As for Guilfoyle, she now splits her time in nearby Delray Beach, and about 6,000 miles away in Athens.
