Dessert: Cream Cheese Pie

8 oz. cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 9-inch graham cracker crust

Combine first 4 ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.

 

The Skinny: Use light cream cheese and fat free condensed milk.
