Jack Eichel had a goal and two assists, and the Vegas Golden Knights finished off a three-game road trip through western Canada with a 4-1 win over the Canucks at Rogers Arena in Vancouver on Thursday night.
Ivan Barbashev added a goal and an assist, while Alex Pietrangelo had two assists in the win for the Knights (15-5-4).
The victory was the first on the trip for the Knights, who now lead the Canucks (15-8-1) by three points in the Pacific Division.
Adin Hill stopped all 16 shots he faced through two periods before he was replaced by Logan Thompson during the second intermission for what the team referred to as a precautionary measure because of a lower-body issue.
