LAS VEGAS — Top overall pick Fernando Mendoza has signed his rookie deal with the Las Vegas Raiders ahead of training camp, he and the team announced Thursday via social media.

Mendoza was the last of the team’s 10 draft picks not yet under contract.

The general outline of his deal was never in question as the No. 1 pick is slotted in at four years for $57,271,500 with a club option for a fifth season.

However, the schedule of payments for the $38,112,000 signing bonus as well as any potential offset language in the contract are negotiable.

There was never any real concern over the ability for the two sides to come together on a timetable for bonus payments, which have largely become almost exclusively paid up front to No. 1 picks in recent years. The Raiders, however, haven’t drafted in the top spot since 2007.

Raiders rookies report to training camp Thursday with veterans set to return to the team facility on Tuesday.

Fourth-round pick Jermod McCoy inked his rookie deal on Wednesday, leaving Mendoza as the team’s last unsigned draft pick.
