A biopic about a legendary musician tops the DVD releases for the week of May 28.

"Bob Marley: One Love": An exploration of the iconic reggae singer from director Reinaldo Marcus Green focusing on the years from 1976-78 as he writes "Exodus" and contends with political unrest in his native Jamaica. Starring Kingsley Ben-Adir and Lashana Lynch as Bob and Rita Marley.

"Ben-Adir is uniquely suited to this role. Like the singer, he is of Afro-Caribbean (Trinidadian, specifically) and English descent, and he nails Marley’s Jamaican patois, which Green allows to flow as thick as it is, without subtitles," writes Tribune News Service critic Katie Walsh in her review. "Ben-Adir captures Marley’s voice and his wild physicality, and Green smartly keeps the camera focused on his face in the concert performances, which are transfixing."
